What is Search?

Search is a programme in which young people come together to explore the meaning of their faith and develop friendships with others. It is for young people over the age of 16. It begins with a residential weekend and for those who wish, continues with a number of weekly gatherings in which young people support one another, pray together and friendships are deepened.

What happens during this weekend?

The weekend provides an opportunity to experience and to explore the meaning of being a Christian in the world today. It is a weekend in which people enjoy the company of one another with a mixture of talks, discussions, prayer and fun - and a few surprises thrown in!

How do I get on the weekend?

Fill in the application form. You will be representing your school, parish and family at the weekend so it is important that your behaviour reflects this.
